About the Role
We are looking for a Segment PEL Lead / Analyst to support project execution through financial data analysis, segmentation tracking, and reporting. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial insights and enabling effective decision-making across business segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project execution with financial data analysis
- Track progress across business segments and report insights
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting
- Assist in P&L segmentation and performance monitoring
- Build and maintain dashboards and MIS reports
- Collaborate with stakeholders for business insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong background in financial analysis and reporting
- Experience with P&L segmentation and data tracking
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

- 5–6 years preferred
