Key Responsibilities
- Design future-state, tech-enabled process architecture
- Drive business transformation across functions, IT, and GCC
- Define transition frameworks and operational readiness conditions
- Ensure process standardization, scalability, and resilience
- Identify automation opportunities using BPM, RPA, and low-code platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in process architecture and transformation
- Strong expertise in BPM, workflow tools, RPA, and low-code platforms
- Experience in large-scale transformation or consulting projects
- Strong domain knowledge (preferred)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
