Key Responsibilities

  • Design future-state, tech-enabled process architecture
  • Drive business transformation across functions, IT, and GCC
  • Define transition frameworks and operational readiness conditions
  • Ensure process standardization, scalability, and resilience
  • Identify automation opportunities using BPM, RPA, and low-code platforms
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements

 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of experience in process architecture and transformation
  • Strong expertise in BPM, workflow tools, RPA, and low-code platforms
  • Experience in large-scale transformation or consulting projects
  • Strong domain knowledge (preferred)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
