About the Role
We are hiring a Segmentation Lead / Analyst to drive execution and monitoring of segmentation strategies across business units. This role is critical in ensuring alignment with financial goals through continuous tracking, analysis, and timely corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor execution of segmentation plans across business segments
- Track performance metrics and identify gaps against targets
- Escalate risks and deviations in a timely manner
- Drive corrective actions to ensure financial goal alignment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for execution efficiency
- Prepare reports and insights for leadership decision-making
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in project management and monitoring
- Ability to analyze performance data and derive insights
- Experience in financial tracking and segmentation strategies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
